Not getting beat...
So I'm currently on crutches with a completely torn acl a partially torn mcl and lcl. I also have damage to my meniscus and cartilage. Im going to start bulking to keep me busy and keeping a log. I want constrictive criticism and advice.
Current stats:
Age 19 (20 in about 2 weeks)
Height 6' 2"
Weight 201.5
BF% 13.5ish
Since I can only work upper body I am going to do one muscle at a time.
Its looking like this
Delts and abbs
Front DB raises
Lateral DB raises
Bent over DB raises
DB overhead presses
Biceps and Grip
DB curls
Preacher curls palm down
Hammer curls
Chest and abbs
Flat DB Presses
Incline DB Presses
Decline DB Presses
DB flies
Back
Pull downs
Pull ups
Seated rows
DB Shrugs
Triceps
Skull crushers
French press
Press downs overhand and underhand
Everything will be done seated for obvious reasons. Abb and grip workout will be pretty basic and high volume.
Any advice will be appreciated my goals are to build up some lean mass. I'll try to update daily with what I eat.
