LeanBulk's Attempt to Bulk
Well, I have never ran a workout journal before, but I figure its about time to start. I am not nearly as strong as most of you, so don't bash my weights ha. Recommendations for improvement are ALWAYS welcome!. My current training regimen is:
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Back
Thursday - OFF
Friday - Arms
Saturday - Shoulders
Sunday - OFF
Today is the start of week 3 of my PCT from a 3 week Phera/Mega Zol cycle. I am currently taking:
MultiPro 32X - 1 per day
Nutraplanets ATD - 50mg/day
AX Retain - 3 caps/day
HyperTEST - 4 caps right before bed
I am thinking about throwing in some Bulk PowerFULL and Bulk Turkesterone that I have laying around if I can ever figure out a good dosing scheme for them.
My diet is far from spot on, but I do eat a lot of protein, but I also eat alot of junk food. Never fast food or soda. I drink about once ever two weeks, but when I drink I really drink. No half assing it. I go out to get sloshed if I go out at all.
Well, I am off to workout the back, I will post my results when I get back!
