Btw I added in some Solaray Time Released (quick, then slow) Vitamin C (2g's per day).
I also finally got off my ass and capped some bulk cissus I've had sitting around for a year or so. Pry use just under 2g's today for the hell of it. Not expecting much.
One more week of DC. I feel like it has had some benefit on my legs mostly. The high reps and widowmakers seem to be sparking some growth and fat loss in the area. May do some hill sprints again tomorrow out of boredom.
Ran out of Cycle Support last week. Just using NOW brand NAC and Hawthorne. Also using bulk capped milk thistle.
