Got me some siiiiiick quad pump today doing the following workout:

B. Monday

Preacher Curls (bi's): 11-20rp
PinWheel Curls (forearms): 10-20 straight reps
Leg Press Calf Raise (calves): 10-12 reps straight, UP, then 5 seconds down, 10-15 seconds holding in stretched position
Sumo Leg Press Heels only (hamstrings): 15-25 straight reps
Leg Press (quads): 6-10 rep straight set, 3-5 minute rest 20 rep widowmaker

Started some var about 5 days ago (50mg/day). Going to up to 100mg/day but the first few days I had some stomach discomfort so just trying to feel it out.

Btw did 25 mins of hill sprints today and abs. My glutes were pumped and my lungs were trashed. First type of any cardio in a long long time.

Btw I added in some Solaray Time Released (quick, then slow) Vitamin C (2g's per day).

I also finally got off my ass and capped some bulk cissus I've had sitting around for a year or so. Pry use just under 2g's today for the hell of it. Not expecting much.

One more week of DC. I feel like it has had some benefit on my legs mostly. The high reps and widowmakers seem to be sparking some growth and fat loss in the area. May do some hill sprints again tomorrow out of boredom.

Ran out of Cycle Support last week. Just using NOW brand NAC and Hawthorne. Also using bulk capped milk thistle.

After this week of DC training I'm moving to the following unless something changes (likely):
