Doing a log to both monitor my own progress as well as try and stay on track.
This will be a 7 week cut and the goal is to be as lean as possible for a large 4 day party I have this summer where I will pretty much be shirtless the entire time.
I will provide pics at the end of the cut. I do have pics up in the
PLATINUM forum right now with a mini-log explaining the last 4 weeks of a mass phase.
Current Stats:
6'2"
219lbs
Ectoish tendencies (skinny fat)
BF% = 12-13 (thats a guess...I'll get caliper tested this week)
This will likely be the split I follow (lifts will change at end of week 4):
1. Push Upper Body
* Incline DB Bench (3x12)
* Seated DB Shoulder Press (3x12)
* Dips (3x12)
* Close Grip Bench (3x12)
* Skullcrushers for pump (1 or 2 sets)
2. Lower Body
* Squat 3x12
* Lunge 3x12
* Leg Rocker Machine (sorta like a hack squat), 3x12
* Seated Calf Raise (3x12)
3. Pull Upper Body
* Seated Cable Row 4x12
* Lat Pull Down (wide grip) 3x12
* 1 Arm DB Row 3x12 (squeeze at top)
* DB Curl 3x12
* Rev Easy Bar Curl 3x12
* Bi movement for pump (1 or 2 sets)
4. Various
* Abs
* Rotator Cuff
* forearms
* calves
Note: Rest days will be taken when needed.
