I've been doing a log over on AM but I wanted a little more hardcore feedback so i decided to log it over here. As most you know I play college baseball. I am signing with a 4 year school this fall and will be subject to drug test's for the next 2 years so suggestion on AAS are out of the question....yea I know im pissed to.
Im tryingt o get as lean as possible before Aug. 1st. I will be leaving for school shortly after that then it will be lean mass from then til baseball in January.

I train mon-sat and cardio 6 days a week but may start doing a cardio session on sundays. Diet is clean. This is what it usually looks like
I got in 45min of fasted cardio this morning. Im going to hit the gym again for chest in about 3 hours or so should be a blast. Oh speaking of which I found a 1/2 full container of BLAST this morning so I think Im just going to take that in the morning also and take out the tyrosine, GTE, and caffeine caps. (IN blast)

I think the whole low carb thing is finally catching up with me. I also need to rest a little longer between sets. Its amzeing what an extra 30sec does to performance.
I also havent been doing much in the way of DB usually only one press exercise so the weight should come up a little here soon.
I hit back hard on tuesday and shoulders hard on wed. I dont have any weights I dont remember them. I also did 45min of cardio both mornings. Im feeling a lot leaner too!
I didn't train thursday but I got in 3hr of basketball, where I dominated of course,lol. Not really.
Im leaning out real well. I have stuck to my diet about 95% since the start. Here's my workout from yesterday

I started out great then fizzled. O'well Im not real worried about weights im pushing. Im only eating 100gr carbs a day and its after my workout.
Golden Finish doesn't taste very good but seems to be working well. ECYA stack is killing vascularity. I didn't have much to begin with but now I really dont.
For the next 2 weeks im subbing my chicken for tilapia. Then for the final 10days I'm going to carb cycle.
I think next week im going to switch up my workouts also. Higher volume stuff to really help bring everything together. If anyone has routine suggestions Im all ears.

Got about 1/2 way thru my back workout 2day and called it quits. I feel burnt out. Like CNS burnout. I'm having a terrible time sleeping and I think this is what is doing me in. Im going to step away from the weight until monday. I will only be doing 45min Low-Intensity cardio. No carbs either and I'll do a mini load of about 200~300 on sunday from brown rice, oats, blueberries and sweet potatoes.
I will also begin this 2nite to help me sleep.
