God, that workout was pathetic.
Did 22 minutes of cardio right after.
3 mph, 15 incline treadmill.

Over all bad work outs. strength all dropped 60-80 lbs
but in the following weeks i should see those weights going back up to normal.
Providing I keep my diet correct and hit the weights hard.
