Default RA Goes "Big Time"

So I have decided to start a workout log again. I have lost an insane amount of strength and size since first joining the Marines and have every intention of getting bigger/stronger than ever before. I will discuss my training, diet, supplementation, and am willing to answer any and all questions any of you may have.

First thing first. the stats:

Height: 68" (5'8")

Weight: 189lbs

Body Fat% 10.2% as per electrostatic BS, I estimate I'm more like 12ish.(I have a solid four pack, with a little jelly on the lower abs from being injured for so long.)

Goals: Recomp to 190-195 with less than 8-9% over a period of 6 months.

Diet: I usually hit the chow hall and eat as healthy as possible (albeit that's difficult) and I eat packets of tuna consistently. Snacks are mixed nuts, beef jerky, and granola bars (LOL)

Training: I am working my way back up to 5 days/week. I focus on one body part per training session, and will be switching things up a lot during this log.

Supplements: I know everyone is just dying to hear what I have here... lol I will be utilizing EST's Thermostat, RPN's DCP, DS's Lean Xtreme, Dymatize CLA, Avant Napalm, alongside EST's Methyl-E and EST's NO Extreme2G. I will run the Methyl-E for 4-5 weeks at 30-40mgs.

I can't even give a guess on macro breakdown, so bear with me on the diet part... the chow hall is far from healthy, and I eat 3-4 tuna packets/day with a PWO shake as my major protein intake... Horrible I know.

I am working on getting some pictures up ASAP, but it's hard to do without a phone or camera to utilize..

Current Strength assessments:

Bench Press = 285 it's pathetic I know, oh well, thank you USMC...
Dead Lift = Unable to perform due to my injuries.
Squat = Unable to perform due to my injuries.
Shoulder Press = 225
Chest Supported row per hand = 225 (totaling 450lbs)


I was told it may be around 6 months before I can get back to life as normal, so I am praying hardcore.

Thanks man, it sucks bad not being able to hit it hard, but at least I don't have to deal with company PT which is pretty rough lol.

I walk to the gym (which is about a mile), walk to my locker, change clothes, grab my iPod, and realize that I had yet to work out my legs since 07... The end result of that thought process:

I hobbled one mile back home, mostly uphill and stairs. Workout one is in the record books, and my legs have become jello with skin.

Notes: Heart rate was equal to a cracked out rabbit in a war zone... odd for me, but I will monitor it to the best of my abilities.
