Day 3 and 4
Day 3 was an off day and yesterday I did chest.
Day 4 Chest
Wow my bench was sucking today. Other than that it was a great workout.
Flat bench: 4 sets up to 295lbs for 9 reps.
Incline DB Press: 4 sets of 100lbs for reps of 8,8, 6 and 6- Shoulder was hurting a bit here.
Dips: 4 sets of BW+45lbs DB for 8 reps. I couldn't get past 8 reps then I did 12 reps with BW
Flat Flyes: 4 sets of 80lbs for reps of 11, 10, 10, 8
supersetted
Incline Flyes: 4 sets of 60lbs for reps of 9, 9, 7, 7
Needless to say I had some great pumps going when I got to the dips and flyes.
Notes:
Nothing new. Weights are ok. Sex drive going strong. I had some shoulder pain. Prob happen from how I was sleeping.
Just incase anyone didn't know I am hitting 6 pills a day. 2 in the morn, 2 at lunch or pre-workout and 2 before bed.
