Ok time for an update. Days 9 & 10. Today is an off day.
Legs: I really felt like doing them today lol.
Front Squats: 5 sets up 285lbs for 5 reps
Leg Press: 4 sets up 9 plates on each side for 7 reps
SLDL: 4 sets up to 255lbs for 8 reps
Leg Ext.: 4 sets up 200lbs for 9 reps then drop sets
Seated Leg Curl: 4 sets of 180lbs for 9 reps
Standing Calf Raise: 4 sets of 315lbs for 7 reps then drop set to failure
Day 10 Chest
Flat Bench Press: 4 sets up 335lbs for 3 reps
PR!
Incline Flyes: 4 sets of 65lbs for 9 reps
Dips: 4 sets of BW plus 25lbs for 6 reps then 1 set of BW for 12
Flat Flyes: 4 sets of 80lbs for 10 reps
supersetted
Cable Crossover: 4 sets of 70lbs for 10 reps
Great works. Today my damn tooth started to kill me again but the pain subsided fast. Keeping it clean helps with the pain.
