Lol I love em, it's the only pair around, but it's something I won't be wantin to train without for a long time. For every 5 pounds I lose in body fat, I seem to drop about 20 pounds on my core lifts... ha what a joke huh? I plan on picking up some bands soon as well, once I get my belly down a bit, I'm gonna go all out on the training. (referring a lot to my week off at the end of my pct here as well)
