Well, not a bad chest night at all fellas, there wasn't anything good at the desk, so I was able to concentrate on my workout a little bit better!

135X20 (warm up)

185+Chains(70) X 5 for 3 sets
205+Chains(70) X 5 for 1 set
225+Chains(70) X 1, then X 2
185+Chains(70) X 5 for 1 set
135+Chains(70) X 15 for 1 set
DB Bench
50's X 20 (warm up)
90's X 6 (felt really awkward here, my left arm caved in a bit, so I stopped)
