I did not see that coming. LOL! Of course, since I will not be training like you this week I may hit them extra hard.

Ok. Humerus still hurts a bit so I will not go crazy this week. Did some light training last week to keep the blood flow. I will probably train 3 days and not as much volume until I feel 100%. Ok, 85-90%, I will take that. lol!

I ended up taking the night off but hopefully ill be at about 90% by friday.
