He is referring to a bench shirt. I do compete raw and in single-ply gear as many who read and contribute to my log already know. Some training is with a shirt some is not, several times I have noted it. The numbers may mean nothing to you but it is MY log. You do not have to read or post here, it is not required in being a member here on LB. Having just read you 4 posts you have made since joining, if you really do not feel like contributing anything useful, troll elsewhere.

Well said Sonny, I think it is great that members make the constructive contributions they do here on a daily basis. In this particular situation Sonny has logged his workouts for his own personal reasons and to share his progress and acheivements with others. This is not sponsored or anything so he is taking the time to do this and share experience with others on his own free will! I personally love reading the logs of others because I learn alot in the process. My workout routines consist of the bits and peices taken from routines of others! Great log Sonny, keep up the great work bro.

most of my training is without equipment. maybe the fact I am almost 40 and still kickin his ass numbers wise has him a bit upset?
