not really, just some stretching prior. sometimes I will do some ab/adductor moves, 4 way hip machine but have not done in awhile but need to add it in.
Not really light! lol! Feels like there is no weight at all on my back but my balance coming back up was off. I will increase the weight as I progress doing them but when I add a new exercise I have not done in a long time I ease into it.
