No DL's again due to ab/rib injury and another one that occured today.

Today's workout was going great. I was feeling real strong on the MP, then on the last set something happened to the top of my back. It is right between my shoulder blades to the base of my neck. It hurts like crap. I couldnt even my head side to side on Sat. or Sunday. It isnt much better today either. If it doesnt get any better i guess i am chiropracter bound sometime soon. I feel like a walking injury ready to happen right now.
