Zuzana shows you a superset that targets your legs, chest and abs. Combine this with other supersets from BodyRock.Tv to create a whole body workout. Just remeber - no rest breaks between exercises, and only 30 seconds between Supersets!

I don't usually workout in a huge Sun scorched, sand filled hole in the ground, but if you decide to do your workout in a place like this make sure you bring plenty of water.
